Abstract Submission
All participants are invited to submit the abstracts for the oral presentation for the conference. Up to 10 speakers will be selected from the abstracts to present their work as short oral presentation (10 min plus 2 min QA). Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific Committee on the basis of relevance to the conference topic and on scientific merit, and the final results will be sent to applicants by email at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference.
Abstract Guidelines
l Abstracts can only be submitted electronically at the time of registration. Please submit the abstract to the reference official mailbox: eye@xmu.edu.cn.
l The abstract must contain sufficient details of the work for the Scientific Committee to judge the novelty of the research and scientific fit to conference themes.
Title: 20 words maximum
Authors: full names and affiliations (in brackets) and contact information
Text: 500 words maximum
File Size: less than 100K, not exceed one (A4 size) page
Format: Microsoft Word file
Poster Awards
All participants are invited to submit the abstracts for the poster display for the conference. There’re 3 poster awards available for graduate students and postdoc researchers to attend the Conference. The Scientific Committee will select the candidates mainly based on their research achievements and relevance to the symposium topics.
Abstract Guidelines
l The conference will provide the poster board and pushpins onsite. Please print out the poster by yourself.
Size of poster board: 110cm high by 80cm wide.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 15th Oct, 2019.
When you submit your abstract, please inform us your preferred presentation format as oral presentation or poster presentation.
