Notes:
1. The Registration includes access to meals and coffee breaks during the conference, and conference material.

2. Registration Cancellation/Refunds: To receive a registration fee refund, Registrants must send a written request to the Secretariat of the meeting Organizing Committee at eye@xmu.edu.cn to cancel the registration no later than 15th Oct, 2019. 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the deadline.
